Rollout Proposal
01 · Overview

Project Overview.

TrouDigital proposes a scalable digital signage solution for OCS Catering, designed to support both the repurposing of existing tablet devices and the deployment of additional commercial display screens across catering locations.

The proposed solution provides OCS with a centrally managed yet operationally flexible platform, allowing individual sites to manage local content whilst maintaining regional oversight and head office governance.

The platform can be configured specifically for OCS's operational structure, allowing local site autonomy whilst preventing accidental cross-site content changes.

Platform supports
  • Digital menus
  • Nutritional information
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Customer-facing communications
  • Scheduled & seasonal content
  • Multi-site content management

03 · Hardware

Tablet & Display Strategy.

Tablets

TrouDigital will test device policies through Radix MDM to assess whether sleep-timeout restrictions on existing tablets can be overridden, extending the life of hardware OCS already owns.
